What Should I wear?
Please wear long pants and closed in shoes e.g.
Sandshoes/sport-shoes/boot (with no heel, etc). This is most
important.
Do you provide Helmets?
Yes, we have helmets in all sizes and these are compulsory to
wear.
Should I bring my Camera?
Definitely! The scenery is amazing and we stop for a quick photo
session.
Do you provide transport?
We can provide transport from all Lake Tekapo accommodation.
Please let us know where you will be staying when you book.
I have never ridden before,
does this matter?
Our horses are very quiet so you will be perfectly safe. We
provide a demonstration before you get on your horse. We take care
to match the horse with your ability.
Do you do shorter rides for
small children?
We can offer 1/2 hour rides for smaller children. These can be
them riding by themselves, attached to the guide, or just led by
the guide around the immediate area.
